A British Businessman Whose UK Companies claim to have funds totaling more than £ 227bn (€ 264bn) – has just set up two new firms in Ireland.
Shahid Mehmud (48), whose address is given as a non-descript terraced house in Preston in Lancashire, is the director behind a number of firms in the UK that, combined, claim to have more assets than either bank of Ireland or AIB.
