'Politically inspired by politics, no basis in complaints'

Lokpal rejected the complaints of other complainants, including TMC MP Mahua Moitra, saying that these allegations were based on the August 10, 2024 report from Hindanberg, who was “a short valer” businessman. Buch and Adani Group rejected the allegations that Buch and her husband had an interest in some foreign funds, which were allegedly used in the money effect scam associated with the Adani group. The Six Member Bank of Lokpal is chaired by Justice AKM Khanwilkar.
