V-Mart Retail share price rose more than 5% in early trade on Wednesday after the company announced its board will consider the bonus share issue next month. V-Mart retail stocks have dropped as much as 5.36% to £ 3,439.95 each on the BSE. The meeting of the Board of Directors of V-Mart Retail will be scheduled on Friday, May 2. The board will consider financial results for the fourth quarter of FY25 and for the full financial year 2024-2025. Along with the Q4 results, V-Mart retail board will also consider a proposal for issuing bonus shares at its meeting on May 2. “The Council of Directors of the Company will consider a proposal for issuing bonus shares, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 (including the rules and regulations estimated), the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Expenses of Capital and Revelation Requirements), 2018.
