India’s Garden City Bengaluru saw heavy rainfall on Sunday leading to severe weakening and flooding in residential areas, reports Pti. Due to water stagnation, several roads became impassable, and commuters were stranded when public transport services delayed. According to the Indian meteorological department, Bengaluru has received about 40 mm of rainfall over the past 24 hours. Several videos have appeared on social media and people blowing through the deep water of the knee, because the city’s drainage system does not cope with the sudden rainfall. The streets turned into streams, and several vehicles were partially seen underwater.
