Upcoming IPO: Global Vertical Saas Firm Excelsoft Technologies Ltd. received the lead of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) to start his initial public offer (IPO). The company filed its preliminary draft papers on February 28, 2025. What does Excelsoft Technologies do? The Karnataka-based Excelsoft Technologies was recorded in 2000 as a global vertical Saas business. Since then, it offers technology-based solutions on different learning and assessment segments through its cloud-based platforms, according to company data. The company has 71 customers spread across 17 countries, including the US, UK, India, Singapore, Australia, Japan, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Canada. Pearson Education, Inc., AQA Education, Colleges of Excellence, Nxgen Asia Pte Ltd., Pearson Professional Assessments Limited, Sedech for Technology Education & Learning Wll, and Ascend Learning LLC, are some of the top clients for the business. Excelsoft Technologies IPO Data Excelsoft Technologies offers a book -built public edition with a new edition of up to £ 210 crore, and an offer for sale (OFS) component of up to £ 490, as the company wants to raise £ 700 crore of the Indian stock market. Mint reported earlier that the company promoters, Pedanta Technologies Private Limited and Dhananjaya Sudhanva, are selling their stake in the company through the IPO round. The company intends to use the money raised from the public expense to finance capital expenditure, including the purchase of land, construction of a new building and upgrading the external electrical systems of its MySore facility. The company will also finance the IT infrastructure upgrade, and the rest will be used for general corporate purposes. Anand Rathi Advisors Limited is the book manager of the public edition, while MUFG Insert India Private Limited (Link Intimate) is the registrar of the offer.
