Academic Research on Alternative Protein Consumption – ryan

I’m Marte, An International Business Management Student. As part of my bachelor thesis, I Conducting a Short Survey on Consumer Behaviors and Motivations Behind (Alternative) Protein Bar Consumption. This research is in collaboration with criket, an innovative started-up based in Brussels, Belgium, and focuses specifically on the UK Market.
