This clean energy project in Delhi would only be made in 2023, and now claims they start in two months, but the road is difficult - Nangli Dairy Biogas Plant Delayed which is expected to start over two months
The biogas plant built in Nangli Dairy has not yet begun due to many obstacles. The plant, built in 2023, will now start in two months. This plant will produce 200 tonnes of gas each day and will help reduce the pollution of the Yamuna River with the help of cow dung. -The Gautam Kumar Mishra, the possibility of starting the bio gas plant under construction at Nangali Dairy, Gautam Kumar Mishra, Western Delhi: The Bio -gas plant to be built in Nangli Dairy in the Nangli dairy must be ready in the year 2023. If the plant is fully ready, it will not be started, it will not be able to start. Suppose even if the electricity connection is available, it will start here, a bottleneck will come out here. What will happen to the one that will be biogas. Ill has to sell bio -gas, according to the planning plan, bio -gas will be sold to Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL), but how? The pipeline network did not develop. But to say that all the obstacles are removed, it is once again claimed that this plant can begin in two months. Now you can easily see moss heaps, dirty water stored on the roads, dirty water, stabbed drains on the street. If the plant began, these problems might have relieved the area, but unfortunately the problem remains due to the slow rate of the construction of the plant. Why is the bio gas plant, the biggest contribution to Yamuna’s pollution in Delhi, is the Van Najafgarh drain. In this drain comes dirt from Nangli, Kakraula, Gayla Dairies. Instead of doing the gobar properly, pour cattle -rings water at high pressure and pour the cow -manure into the drain. This causes silt problems in the drain of the area. Eventually, this silt Yamuna polluted by Najafgarh drain. But after a plan associated with the purchase of cow -mist for the bio gas plant, there will be a resource rather than a cow dung problem for cattle. They want to sell it instead of excuses in the cow micnation. The production of 200 tonnes of gas will estimate that 200 tonnes of gas will be produced daily in the beginning. For the manufacture of so much gas, approximately 656 tonnes of cow -mist will be needed daily. This requirement will be met Nangli and nearby dairy. The manure is obtained from the sanctuaries according to 65 paise per kg. If the need is not met, green waste will also be used in the plant. For this, green waste will be collected from vegetable mandis. The gas produced in the plant will be sold to Indraprastha Gas Limited. The plan was made in 2018, the plan of the Bio Gas plant in Nangli was drawn up in the year 2018. The plan was made by the then South Delhi Municipal Corporation. The construction work did not gain momentum due to the exceeding on corona and soil. Bio -gas plant is built under PPP model at a cost of Rs 25 crore. For the next 20 years, the construction agency will have the responsibility of its operations. With the introduction of the bio gas plant, there will be no problem in disposing of cow dung and green waste from the area. The plant will produce biogas and organic manure from the manure rising from about 1,500 dairies in the area. The company that signed the construction and operation of the bio gas plant at the corporation was originally three partners. Later, two partners draw their hands. The power connection will only be found if the three partners are signed according to the contract. Now the terms of the contract are changed so that a connection can be given in the name of the only partner in the contract. The approval of the home must be taken to change the conditions. It starts with the Standing Committee. This work will be completed as soon as possible, so that the work associated with electricity and CNG connections is completed as soon as possible. It is our plan to remove all the obstacles in two months. – Savita Sharma, Chairman, Najafgarh Zone, Municipal Corporation of Delhi
