The 85th Council Meeting of the Yamuna Authority concluded, very important decisions regarding developmental projects in the area

Greater Noida, June 18 (IANS). The 85th council meeting of the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority concluded. The meeting is chaired by the Uttar Pradesh infrastructure and industrial development commissioner Alok Kumar. In the meeting, the CEO of the Authority, Dr. Arunveer Singh, a total of 54 proposals offered, of which very approved. In this meeting, a proposal for the establishment of a modern police station in 1,000 square meters was passed in the Noida International Airport Complex. For this, FAR 25, ground cover is 60 percent and the building height 24 meters. In addition, the Recreation Green Zone will be developed in Sector-22F and 23b under Majesty 2041. Projects such as golf course, Yamuna Hate, Olympic Village, Theme Park, Aviation Museum and Gymkhana Club were proposed in these areas. These projects are operated on the PPP model. In the Mahay plan, phase-2, new guidelines for residential and public facilities in Phase-2 areas of Aligarh, Mathura, Hathras and Agra have been corrected. Another important decision was made in this meeting, in which the EMC 2.0 project in Sector-10 was approved with the cooperation of the Government of India. The government will invest 341 crore for this project, while the central government will provide a help of 144.48 crore, including 50 hectares of land to Havals India. In addition, land allocation has also been approved for other facilities, including two fire stations, in which two fire stations will be set up in sector-18 and 32 years. At the same time, the board approved the proposal to execute 500 air-conditioned e-buses in Noida, Greater Noida and Yida region at GCC mode. In the important proposals made on rental deeds and land allocation, the price of land acquisition of 10 percent of the farmers concerned will be charged before the rental deed of 7 percent of the population sites on the land obtained under sector-25. At the same time, the process of land allocation to 82 members under the Apparel Park in Sector-29 is underway, most of which obtained rental deeds and occupants. 551.55 Crore was recovered from the old lump sum solution scheme (OTS) of the government.
