This claim from parents has been in dispute between parents and school management over the past few days regarding fees at Seth Anandram Jaipuria School. Parents say they will pay fees according to the District Committee Regulation Committee (DFRC) Regulation Committee. At the same time, the school says it is fees according to the section four (two) of the self-funded independent school judging fee, which is correct. As a result, children were not admitted to school on the third day. At about 8:15 am the children and parents reached DM’s home in Rajagar. At around 10pm, the DM called four-five parents inside and held a meeting with them. The principal of the school and district school inspector also showed up. Everyone talked. But no solution came out. During this time, all the children continued to study in the District Magistrate’s home. The parents also supported him in studies. The district magistrate held a meeting with everyone at four in the afternoon. DFRC and court decisions were discussed in a meeting about two hours. Even after that, no solution could be found. The district school inspector said that a decision will be made on a day or two. If they feel the fees correct, they will deposit the fees according to the decision. If the matter is not resolved, they will be forced to agitate. Principal Said-Shalini Nambiar, who demands the right fees from the parents, says that the school complies with the UP Self-Financed Independent Fee Determination Act 2018. Students who were included in the 2018-19 academic session also pay the fees that DFRC determined in 2024-25. After the 2018-19 session, students taking admission will have to pay a revised fee, which is perfect in accordance with the Self-Funded Act on the assessment of independent school fees.
