From this, about 25 apartments will be allocated through e-auction and the rest by the draw. In such a situation, people in the city get the chance to buy apartments. Applications in the scheme start from January 2 and application can be made by January 31. The CEO, Ritu Maheshwari, informed that in Sector-52, 62, 71, 99, 118 and 135 there would be a plan to award 340 apartments light, mig, hig, duplex. The CEO said people who did not build residential plots even after 12 years after the register have the last chance. In such a situation, there are about 14 people who will be given time until March 30 to apply. They will get a maximum time of two years, but they will be charged a time growth of 10 percent per year.
