Jakarta – The Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs (Ministry of Social Affairs) responded to a disaster for landslide that took place in the Natural Stone Mine area of Galu C Kuda C, Bobos Village, Dukupuntang District, Cirebon Regency, West Java. In this incident, as many as 13 people were killed and several others injured. Social Minister Saifullah Yusuf (Gus Ipul) expressed his deeply saddened over the incident and ensured that the country was present to their victims and families. “We expressed their deepest condolences to all the families of the victims. The Ministry of Social Affairs through the ranks in the field mobilized the maximum efforts to deal with this disaster,” Gus Ipul said in a written statement on Saturday. All injured victims are now undergoing intensive treatment at Arjawinangun Regional Hospital, Cirebon Regency.
