The Egyptian "Sabour" negotiating 3 tourism projects in Oman

According to the chairman and managing director Ahmed Sabour, the Egyptian real estate company “Al -Aahly Sabour” negotiated with the Omani Ministry of Housing to launch 3 tourism projects in the areas of Jabal Al -Aakhdar, Al -khawir Down Town. In an interview with “Al -Sharq”, on the sidelines of the Oman Real Estate Exhibition conference and the Design and Construction Week in Muscat, he noted that the company’s first project in the Sultanate “Wadi Zaha”, which was launched in January, exceeded 50% of the whole year’s sales objective. It pointed out that this project is one of the three projects developed at a total cost of 440 million Omani -Riyals. Sabour said the Egyptian company reviewed the available countries in Riyadh and Jeddah to start its first projects in Saudi Arabia before the end of this year.
