If the mixture thickens and leaves the pan, cool it down and give it the shape of a peda. 6. Grind Moon Dal pudding wet moon Dal and fry it in ghee. If the lentils turn golden, add milk, sugar and cardamom and cook it. Serve by adding nuts on top. 7. Coconut hunting Barfi Cook grated coconut with jagry. If this mixture gets thick, cool it by spreading it into a tray and cutting into the form of barfi. 8. Cook oats in oats-apple kheermelk. When the oats are cooked, add grated apples and honey.
