The story of the birth of the Trending Ganga collided with the earth years ago, the Eurasian and Indian plate collided and caused the Himalayan mountain. After about 50 million years, Ganga was born from the Himalayas. However, the Ganges does not come directly out of the Himalayas, but different rivers together gave the Ganges. A stream of water flows from the Himalayan peak Nanda Devi. More 4 rivers are also found in this Alaknanda River – Dhauliganga in VishnPrayag, Nandakini in Nandprayag, Pindar in Karnprayag and Mandakini in Ruddraprayag. There is a glacier in the Himalayan mountain ‘gangotri’. Here the snow melts slowly and takes the shape of a stream that comes from Gomukh. The name of this stream is bhagirathi. Alaknanda moves forward by taking up the four rivers from one side and Bhagirathi from the other. Both are found in Devprayag in Uttarakhand and Ganga is born. After this, the Ganges moves in the direction of Rishikesh and Haridwar and cuts the Shivalik series. Then go to the plains of haridwar. This creates large Ganges plains in the Northern India. From here, many other small tributaries are found in the Ganges. Through which its water level increases. Ganga reaches PrayAgraj via Farkrukhabad, Kanpur in UP. Here he met 1376 km and traveled from Yamuna and Ganga moved to Varanasi. Ganga reaches Bihar by mixing tons, Ramganga, Gomti and Ghaghra Rivers. Here, Gandak, Ghughri and Kosi rivers also join the Ganges. Western Bengal is the last state of India, where the Ganges River enters. From here, one stream of Ganga joins the sea in the Bay of Bengal and the other stream reaches Bangladesh. This stream of ganga in Bangladesh is called Padma River. Here the Ganges meets the Brahmaputra River. After meeting the Meghna River in Bangladesh, Padma’s name comes to Medhana. The confluence of the rivers Mendhana, Padma and Brahmaputra creates a Sundarban Delta in Bangladesh, which is the largest river delta in the world. The journey of Ganga ends here.
