In the case related to the remark made on AMIT Shah in 2018, Chaibasa Court issued a warrant that is not available against Rahul Gandhi
Ranchi, May 24 (IANS). In a defamation case in Chaibasa, Jharkhand, Rahul Gandhi, leader of the congress, could increase problems. In the case of alleged derogatory remarks against the then Bharatiya Janata Party’s then Bharatiya Janata Party, Amit Shah, the MP-Mla Special Court of Chaarkhand in Jharkhand issued a non-availability burden. Rahul Gandhi was ordered to appear in court personally on June 26. In a complaint filed against Rahul Gandhi on July 9, 2018, a man named Pratap Katiyar, a Chaibasa resident, claimed to have made derogatory remarks against the then BJP national President Amit Shah during the 2018 congress. Congress members cannot accept a killer as the national president, it is possible in the BJP itself. On this complaint, the Chaibasa Court issued a boldable warrant against Rahul Gandhi in April 2022. Rahul Gandhi took no note. The court then issued a warrant against him in February 2024. Rahul Gandhi’s lawyer sought an exemption to appear in court by applying for this, but his application was rejected. Rahul Gandhi reaches the High Court in Jharkhand against it, where he was relieved for a few months. In March 2024, the Jharkhand High Court executed the petition of Rahul Gandhi. This was followed by a repetition in the Chaibasa Court.
