Secretly Group Has Acquired A 50% Stake In Merge RecordsThe Influential Indie Label that releassed Classic albums by the Likes of Neutral Milk Hotel, Spoon, The Magnetic Fields, and Arcade Fire. The partnership extends Merge’s Longime Distribution Deal with Secretly, Bringing the Label Under an umberla that includes it four core labels, Dead oceans, JagjaguwarSaddest Factory, and Secretly Canadian.

Talks Around The Partnership Began One Merge Co-Founder Laura Ballance decidated to step down from roles as co-president and leave the music business, accorting to a press text.
