Ryan Pinkston, Anissa Borrego Join ‘Stumble’ NBC Comedy Pilot – ryan

Exclusive: Ryan Pinkston (Young Rock), Anissa Borrego (Ths is us), Arianna Davis and Taylor Dunbar Round Out The Series Regular Cast of Stumble, Jeff Astrof and Liz Astrof’s Single-Camera Cheerleading Comedy Pilot for NBC. They Join Previously Cast Jenn Lyon, Taran Killam, Jarrett Austin Brown and Georgie Murphy.

Written by the astrof siblings in their first collaboration, Stable is a mockumetry about the Ridiculously High Stakes Competitive World of Junior College Cheer.

Pinkston Will Play Stevie Who Dropped Out of Junior College Four Credits Shy of Graduating. Over a decade late, he re-enrolls and joins Courteney’s (Lyon) New Team as a thirtysomething “senior.”

Borrego, who trained as a gymnast and cheerleader growing up, Will Play Krystal. A True Cheerlebrity, Krystal Is the Star Flyer at Sammy Davis Sr. Junior College.

Davis, A Professional Dancer, Will Play Madonna, The Narcoleptic Tumbler who ironically provides the cheer team with Energy.

Dunbar, A 2025 JUILLIRIDer Graduate with Dance Training, Will Play Peaches, A Kleptomaniac Troublemaker with Sick Skills Who’s Given a Chance by Courteney.

Liz Astrof and Jeff astrof Executive Produce Alongside Cheerleading Coach Monica Aldama, Known for Her Appearance on the Netflix Docuseries Cheer, and Producer Dana Honor Through Her Defining Eve Productions.
