The arrested perpetrator was a man named Dede Riko, 30, who was a resident of Pandegang. Police also obtained evidence in the form of two bamboo bridges and cardboard that read ‘through the payment bridge’. Police said Dede made a wild fee of RP. 5,000 to each tourist who wanted to cross the bridge.
