Jakarta – Minister of Religion (Menag) Nazaruddin Umar attended the 4th conference of the Nabawi Hadith Institute in Medina, Saudi Arabia. Nasaruddin proposed the construction of the Hadith Museum in Indonesia. Nasaruddin became the representative of Indonesia in the supervisory council of the Nabawi Hadith Institute in Medina. Nazaruddin has been serving as the supervisory board of the Hadith Institute promoted by Raja Salman for three years. Nasaruddin said the Hadith Museum was not only a center of legal study, but also the center of the study of medical science in the style of the prophet Mohammed. “This museum will later become a kind of Hadith discussion institution, not only in terms of law, but also in terms of Tibbun-Nabawi (medical ala prophet),” he said. He said there were many traditions of the prophet Muhammad who explained the different ways of treatment. This, he said, must be developed and studied deeper. “The study of Hadith will therefore not only develop into legal aspects, but also other substantive messages. Hopefully this Hadith Museum in Indonesia can be realized,” he said. In the previous conference, Nasaruddin proposed the international level of Musabaqah Hadith. The proposal was used as a program for the Saudi -King’s Hadith Institute. “Alhamdulillah, through this institution, Indonesia can contribute to ideas and thoughts.
