‘Beauty Guru and Manager’ Blue Ivy Carter – ryan
Tina Knowles always looks good — and she has her “manager” to thank for that.
On April 14, Knowles revealed via Instagram that her granddaughter Blue Ivy Carter has been giving her beauty tips, going so far as dyeing her eyebrows to ensure that she continues to pop despite a few gray hairs.
“My beauty guru and my manager, Miss Blue Ivy Carter has instructed me that I need to dye my eyebrows because they have little gray streaks in them,” Knowles, 71, explained while facing the camera.
“So that’s what she’s doing and I can’t wait to see the end results because right now I look like Dracula’s mama or something,” she added, referring to the near-black dye sitting on her brows, applied by Blue Ivy’s expert hands.

In a quick cut, Knowles’ brows went from the dark dye application to a subtle, light brown shade that matched her blonde hair perfectly. Impressed by the results, she couldn’t help but credit her granddaughter for the new and improved brow look.

“Usually I have to get up and put eyeshadow in my brows, but look at these magical hands by the Blue Ivy Carter!” the Cécred vice chairperson gushed, pulling the 13-year-old’s hand — decked out in a bright blue manicure — into the camera frame. “I can’t get over that. I can just get up and go!”
Knowles captioned the sweet Instagram post, “Happy Monday yesterday my granddaughter Blue Ivy told me that I needed to dye my eyebrows. They had a lot of little grey hairs in them, but I thought that the hair was missing. So she tinted them for me. I love them ❤️.”

Blue Ivy, whose mom is Knowles’ eldest daughter Beyoncé, has a close relationship with her grandmother — but Knowles recently admitted that she holds off on giving advice to both Blue Ivy and Beyoncé because of their own special bond.
“Her and her mother are really tight and so they don’t need me to give much advice,” Knowles told Jennifer Hudson on a February episode of her show while promoting her memoir Matriarchbefore she added, “They tell me to mind my business.”
