UP Power Corporation has launched higher education promotion scheme, eight engineers are approved to study in IIT-IISC

Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL) and other energy corporations associated with it have launched the higher education promotion scheme for the first time for their staff. Under this scheme, departmental engineers will have the opportunity to study in the top settings of the country. In the first phase of the scheme, eight engineers were selected for courses such as M.Tech and MBA in well -known institutions such as IITs and Indian Institute of Science (IISC). This initiative is considered an important step in increasing the skills development and technical efficiency of the employees. According to senior officials of the Department of Energy, this scheme will not only give employees the opportunity to reach new heights in careers, but it will also empower technical and management quality within the organization. The selected engineers also receive educational leave and essential financial assistance throughout their studies.
