Ayushman Bharat scheme Green signal in Delhi, formal agreement will be held between the Central Delhi government

New -Delhi, April 4 (IANS). The Delhi government made an important decision on Friday on the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana. Important information related to the implementation of this scheme was revealed at the Cabinet meeting held chaired by Chief Minister of Rekha Gupta. Under the Ayushman scheme in Delhi, about 2.5 Lakh people are expected to get its benefits in the beginning phase. According to preliminary information, the benefit of Ayushman Yojana will first be given to Aay and BPL card holders. Below, people of the poor and disadvantaged people of Delhi will be able to utilize this scheme. A formal agreement will be reached on April 5 between the Delhi government and the central government. A sleeve (memorandum of understanding) will be signed under this agreement. The registration of the scheme will begin from April 10. In this first phase, 1 poor people will be registered within a month and they will be able to become beneficiaries of Ayushman Yojana. This scheme will bring a great relief to the poor and needy people in Delhi, so that the benefits of health facilities can reach more and more people. The Delhi government aimed at providing better health services to them, taking into account the priority poorer divisions under this scheme. With the advantage of health insurance by Ayushman Yojana, millions of families will be relieved for expensive treatment costs.
