He said that rewriting history has involved 34 universities. “He said 70-80 percent. But we don’t know later that we will see it. There is no historian who withdraws, nothing. As far as I know, no one is back. It comes from 34 universities. We will read it first, we didn’t read it,” he added. Previously, the chairman of the PDIP DPP my Esti Wijayati rejected the historic plans now carried out by the government. Esti assessed the history of the rewrite that caused polemics and injured many people. “We are asking this writing stop because it caused a controversy and injured many people,” my Esti told reporters to the PDIP school, Lenteng Agung, South Jakarta, on Monday (6/30). Esti assesses that the government does not have to survive to write the history of the Ministry of Culture at this time. He said the program would in fact cause unrest and not by historical facts. “I don’t think the government should survive today to write down the history of the version of the Ministry of Culture. Because there are so many records that will then cause unrest and at the same time will not be in line with historical facts,” he explained. He also asked the Minister of Culture Fadli Zon to stop rewriting history. “So we have to say better, the minister just stops for this letter, not to continue,” he said. Esti judged that the government was in a hurry to rewrite history. PDIP, Esti said, emphasized that the recycling of history has been discontinued.
