A police officer told the PTI news agency that it was not immediately clear why he went to Mancheswar. “We are investigating the circumstances that lead to the death of the student,” Biswajit Senapati, ACP, Zone-5 of the Bhubaneswar-Cuttack Police Commissioner, told Pti. The body was sent to the capital hospital for post -mortem. Police registered an unnatural death (UD) case with Mancheswar police station and began an investigation into the incident.
