China may need to reduce its record production of copper due to the lack of rough
Masam Al -nahhas in China faces a decisive turn as the brass shortage reduces the production of its standard levels. This comes at a time when the government strengthens its campaign to reduce surplus production capacity in a number of industries. The Shanghai Markt Mark, in its monthly survey of the magazine, expects August production to reach about 1.168 million tonnes, a 0.5% decline from the highlight recorded in July, with weights with an extra fall during September. With the expansion of production capacity, China’s production has recorded a series of standard levels in recent months, which has disregarded the scarcity of raw materials and profitability. However, this steadfastness may now have reached its boundaries, in collaboration with the increasing urgency of decision makers to address the destructive competition and the surplus production that causes deflationary pressure in the economy. Although Mesoor is still incurring significant losses, the immediate fees they receive against the treatment of copper centers have begun to rise over the past month, suggesting that the producers are starting to make their productive capacity better in line with the available quantities of RAW. The reduction of copper production abroad has started on its part with some competitive businesses abroad, which is not the same government support that Chinese businesses enjoy reducing production. And if China takes the same trend, the impact of this will be great on the market as it represents more than half of the global production of refined buyer. The official number of July’s production will be issued on August 18. The copper industry, which is an important manufacturing and green technology, had fewer restrictions. However, the feasibility of boy -in -law has become a major threat because of the lack of extracted raw materials (which change in centers), and the lack of their alternatives to brass scrap. According to “Shanghai Metalz Market”, the inventory of centers in Chinese ports dropped to the lowest level of this year and reached a little over 560 thousand tonnes, forcing Mesoer to reduce production. The company added that the decline in September will accelerate with the entry of five mosque, total maps of 900,000 tonnes, in maintenance operations.
