Nobody Prepared for What Woman Takes to Starbucks for a Pet Cup: ‘Good Boy’ – ryan

In recent years, “pup cups” have become an incredibly popular treat among cat and dog owners, however, a woman from Arizona took an unusual pet to get the Starbucks treat, and internet users can’t cope with it.

a viral tiktok video, shared on Wednesday under the username @thecooper_coop, shows the poster pulling up to the Starbucks drive-through, asking for the famous pet treat alongside her iced drink.

The Starbucks worker points out how she can hear the pup getting excited about his treat, but the poster immediately corrects her, “it’s actually a rooster,” she says, as the surprised barista answers “shut up, oh my god!”

“Took my rooster to Starbucks to get a cluck pup,” reads layover text in the clip, as the excited rooster shows his best behavior while waiting for his treat.

The poster, Sarah Cooper, told Newsweek that Fluffy is their “accidental rooster” who was supposed to be a hen, describing him as “a sweet, silly guy” that makes her family laugh all the time.

“Fluffy is a mama’s boy so I’ve been taking him on little adventures with me when I go to drive-through. On this particular day, we went to Starbucks and received some of the sweetest reactions from the employees some of who grew up with chickens or someone they know has chickens,” she continued.

“Since it clearly brought joy to many, I will be taking him more in hopes to have him bring other joy.”

Cooper has a farm in her backyard where her animals have space to roam free and live a happy and fulfilled life, which is the number one requirement when it comes to keeping poultry as pets.

Web MD says that chickens can be excellent pets if taken care of properly, and maintaining them is not as demanding as you may think.

Because they prefer the outdoors, experts suggest keeping them outside of your house, possibly in a secure coop. They will be just fine as long as you ensure their needs are met, and that they get enough attention, just like a cat or a dog would.

A good place to house them is a cage with segments where they can climb up and down. It is very important that their cage is protected, to keep them safe from predator attacks.

Another crucial part of chicken care is ensuring their living area is free of rats, which can carry many diseases including hantavirus, leptospirosis, lymphocytic choriomeningitis, Tularemia, and Salmonella.
