India demanded 12 Country, Harshvardhan Bole – ryan

Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan on Saturday stressed that a quick Kovid-19 vaccination campaign is required to cover the entire targeted population. According to an estimate, the number of such people is around 30 crores.

Harshvardhan was presiding over the 22nd meeting of the Group of Ministers (GOM) related to Kovid-19 on Saturday. He addressed the meeting through a video-conference. Meanwhile, Dr. Vinod K Paul, a member (health) of NITI Aayog, said that 12 countries have sought help from India for vaccine against Korona virus.

This meeting of GOM took place on a day when the total number of infections from Corona virus in the country has exceeded one crore. He said that the growth rate of Kovid-19 epidemic in India has fallen by two percent and mortality is the lowest 1.45 percent in the world.

Harshvardhan said that the rate of health of patients in India has increased to 95.46 percent while the testing strategy of one million samples has reduced the cumulative positivity rate to 6.25 percent.

Maintain proper covid behavior

According to a statement issued by the Union Ministry of Health, he said that despite the festivals in October and November, there was no new jump in cases due to the policy of extensive testing, monitoring and treatment. He appealed to the people to maintain proper covid behavior.

External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, Civil Aviation Minister Hardeep Singh Puri, Minister of State for Health Ashwini Kumar Choubey and Minister of State for Home Nityanand Rai also attended the meeting. NITI Aayog Member (Health) Dr. Vinod K Paul, Prime Minister’s advisor Amarjeet Sinha and Bhaskar Khulbe also attended this meeting in this meeting.

NCDC Director Dr. Sujit K Singh presented a detailed report on how data based government policies helped India gain significant control over epidemic.
