The politics of Rajasthan took a new turn when Congress President Govind Singh Dotasara launched a stunning attack on the ‘home-to-house Vermilion’ campaign of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Dotasara targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi, saying that “mother and sisters only apply Vermilion in their husband’s name, not a vermilion given by a leader.”
