The role of women’s farmers also seems to be very important to make Bihar’s agriculture modern and profitable. Now women not only farm themselves, but also make them a source of income from it. When Chief Minister Nitish Kumar launched the Private Tubs Scheme of the Chief Minister to deliver irrigation water to each farm of the state of the state under seven decisions, the women’s farmers of the state participated extensively in the scheme. Statistics from the small water resources division show that 20 thousand 228 farmers from the state have received a reign of Rs 115 Crore 74 Lakh since 2024. It consists of 3 thousand 877 women farmers. These women farmers received a total grant of Rs 22.52 crore from the government to dig private tubes in their fields. To utilize this scheme, the suitability of farmers to take advantage of the state government can utilize this scheme to the progressive and interested farmers of the state who have at least 0.40 hectares (40 decimal) land. This award is only given to those who have not yet received financial aid from the Department of Water Resources or any other department or institution to get boring in their fields for irrigation.
