Doctor Saleh Al -Essa, a chest consultant and sleep medicine, explained the danger of using aromatic candles in homes.

Saleh Al -Essa said during his speech on the Yahala program on the Gulf Rotana channel: “Modern reports have found that the toxins that come out of aromatic candles are close to cigarettes, both of which have an impact on human health, especially if it is exposed to a large amount of them.”

The doctor warned of the cheap products of aromatic candles, which may cause respiratory irritation and the effect of the nasal membrane, adding that they should be used limits and beware of using them in abundance in closed places, and this helps to reduce its risks.

The doctor added that public studies and health began to stimulate caution and danger, especially after a large number of patients were exposed to these candles, and a warning not to deal with them as if they were like natural perfumes and basil.
