The last king of the descendant of Lord Rama

The last king of Lord Rama, Trending, was founded by Maharaja Ikshvaku, the last king of Lord Rama, who is regarded as a descendant of Lord Shri Ram. The Ikshvaku Dynasty has ruled Kosala for many centuries and has become many great kings. Sumitra became the 179th king of this dynasty. At the time when Sumitra was the king of Kosala, Magadha was ruled by the Nanda dynasty. The Nanda dynasty was known for its military power and competent strategies. Sumitra was the successor to the great tradition of Ikshvaku dynasty, but he could not stand before Magadha’s power. Magadha Naresh Mahapadmanand defeated Sumitra and mixed Kosala in the Magadha empire. Sumitra was badly defeated in this war between Kosala and Magadha Kings 362 BC. After which he moved to Rohtas in Bihar. However, Magadha King did not give up Sumitra after this and caught and killed him. King Sumitra was the last ruler of the glorious Ikshvaku dynasty, who had to collapse his kingdom and dynasty. So one of the oldest dynasties in Indian history has come to an end forever.
