Ahmedabad, April 8 (IANS). Health has deteriorated on Tuesday due to the excessive heat of the senior leader of Congress and former Union Minister P. Chidambaram in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. He was rushed to Jayde’s hospital immediately. P Chidambaram’s son Karti Chidambaram has posted a post on social media that his father is doing well and that doctors are investigating him. According to the information, P Chidambaram participated in a prayer meeting held at Sabarmati Ashram, when health deteriorated due to excessive heat. Chidambaram was then rushed to Zayeds Hospital immediately for treatment by ambulance, where his treatment is underway. Karti Chidambaram posted on X, “My father P Chidambaram fainted in Ahmedabad due to excessive heat and water scarcity. He is currently hospitalized and doctors are investigating him. His condition is still normal.” The incident happened when senior leaders from the congress to Sabarmati Ashram, a place related to Mahatma Gandhi, went before their national session. The group consisted of congress president Mallikarjun Kharde, Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi. He came together to pay tribute to the Ashram and participate in the Bhajan session. According to the information, P Chidambaram, which was involved in this delegation, began to feel bad due to excessive heat.
