Linmas are also there. Linmas never knows tirelessly and is afraid to help vitally evacuate, help and move without borders,” Ibas said. “And the culture of mutual help to this day is also shown very positive and well. Not only that, IBA’s Linmas encouraged to work with the TNI, Polri and BNPB, and more open to world issues to play an active role in the context of time. “For example, we hope that the Linmas is a security to protect and combat riots, for example, also to be able to work with the TNI, Polri and the National Disaster Management Agency, both in the center and in the regions,” he hoped. Ibas also supports the progress of the completeness of infrastructure and welfare instruments in developing and improving skills. “Furthermore, we also want to provide support so that Linmas does not only do recruitment, but also enriching in the promotion and improvement of skills, so that they remain in the progress of the time,” he said. At the event, representatives of participants from the Preaching Satpol PP, Sugianto also provided input related to the lack of training and incentives for the protection of the community. He hopes that there are minimal incentive standards and self -defense training, so that community protection members are better willing to face challenges in the field. “We must say that the incentives for the community protection are in line with the region’s ability, there is no standard. We hope that at least half of the UMK, because the standard of living is the UMK. We also feel that there is no maximum training for members of the community protection, especially when they go into the field.
