Man Charged with Attempted MURDER IN EDGEWATER BEATING

A man is facing tried Execute Charges in the Beeting of a Man Thursday Night in Edgewater, Chicago Police Said.

Roosevelt McCree, 49, Faces Charges for First-Diploma Attempted Execute and Aggravated Battery Caususg Bodily Hurt. He was Also ciked for Drinking in Public, Police Said.

Police and Fireside Officers Responded to A Call of a Person Shot at 10:10 pm Thursday and Learned a person on the Ground in the 5800 Block of North Kenmore Avenue, Police Said. The man had been ostrich in the head with a “blunt object,” but he was no longer shoot.

He was taken to St. Francis Health facility in Evanston in Foremost Situation, Police Said.

McCree is due in Court docket Tuesday.
