One minister responsibility for seven meetings constituencies, Premier Modi model in Delhi
New -Delhi, April 20 (IANS). A new initiative was taken on the lines of the central government’s ‘Mp Adarsh Gram Yojana’ to speed up development in Delhi. Under the guidance of Chief Minister Relha Gupta, the government of Delhi entrusted the responsibility of seven constituencies of the meeting to all the capital ministers. Its purpose is to speed up development works and solve problems over time and avoid the complications of bureaucracy. According to sources, each minister also formed a WhatsApp group for dialogue and coordination with its subordinate MLAs. In this group, information on government schemes, status of implementation and related progress is shared. MLAs will also be able to keep the problems associated with their area and updated information on development works on this platform. According to reliable sources in the Delhi government, about 90 percent of the BJP MAs that do not have administrative experience. In such a situation, developmental work puts in the files. This new strategy is willing to tackle this challenge so that ministers have to monitor themselves and not delay the work. In light of the seriousness of this campaign, Chief Minister Velha Gupta himself also had additional responsibility for seven constituencies of the meeting. The chief minister believes that it will not only speed up development work, but that MAs can communicate directly with them and that a quick solution to public issues will be possible. In terms of the new system, if a MLA has to do any job, he will have to contact the minister directly from the traditional government process that his meeting handed over. It is the responsibility of the minister to complete the work on time. It is also the responsibility of the minister’s office to prepare the progress report and submit it to the MLA. If there is work on a departmental table, it will also be the work of the same office to clean it. The government claims that this system will complete development works in time and administrative transparency and accountability will also be ensured.
