China will reinforce the monitoring of food security

Beijing, April 2 (IANS). The Chinese National Administration for National Market Regulations has recently issued rules on monitoring the implementation of the most important responsibility of food security in centralized food institutions, which will apply on April 15. According to this rule, food safety is a priority at centralized food institutions such as school, childcare institute, nursing home, hospital and office cents, etc. This must advance the ability to prevent risk. It is said that the rule rules are made for centralized food institutions, office offices, contract companies and foods that offer institutions, the granting of responsibility, the prevention of risk, the claim of concerned management staff and legal obligation, etc. According to the rule, the Director of Food Safety must be appointed in the school and kindergarten. Office sides, contract companies and foods that offer institutions will need to implement the work system of daily control, weekly inspection and monthly scheduling.
