Kafir milk is not better than normal milk – ryan

The medical professor and scientist, Dr. Fahd Al -Khudairi, stressed that the Kafir milk does not carry significant differences from ordinary milk, explaining that the only difference lies in the type of bacteria used in the fermentation process.

Al -Khudairi said through his official account on the X -platform: “Kafir milk is exactly the same normal milk and does not differentiate much, and if ordinary milk, if you leave it, it will repent for a longer time, it will become better than the milk of Kafir; both are healthy in terms of digestion and the focus of beneficial bacteria.”

He added: “Kafir is the type of milk bacteria in it is another breed and another different type from our usual milk, and it is a different breed of dairy bacteria ‘beneficial bacteria among the types of dairy bacteria.”

He added: “And if you leave the normal milk, it will be more acidic and delay in the tower, it will become like it or better than it.”
