Union Railway and Electronics and IT Minister Ashwini Vaishnav on Friday displayed a strong and durable tablet designed in India and created on the social media platform X. The part of a video of VVDN Technologies’ manufacturing unit, he wrote, “No Will Break, which is designed in India.” In the video, the Union ministers test the strength of the tablet. They are seen to throw the tablet on the ground, fall off the height and even stand on the tablet. All of this is done to display the strength of the tablet. This post shows India’s growing efforts for high -quality indigenous electronics under the ‘make in India’ initiative. In another video of this place, the Union Minister shared a look at the AI Server Technology of India, which wrote the heading, ‘India’s Ai Server …’ Adipoli ‘… vvdn technologies.’ Here he was seen talking to employees and taking information about the manufacturing process. The initiative recalls the previous February post of the Union Minister, in which he introduced the ‘designed and manufactured’ laptop of VVDN technologies. This domestic business, which specializes in the development of electronic products from end to end, becomes a key game in India’s ambition to become a global hardware manufacturing center. This initiative is in line with the purpose of India to become self -sufficient in technology and manufacturing by promoting the design, development and production of more electronic products in the country. The production -linked incentive (PLI) scheme played an important role in this effort by providing financial assistance to companies that invest in domestic manufacturing. In January this year, the government informed that the PLI 2.0 scheme for IT hardware had already produced Rs 10,000 crore. Since its launch, 3,900 posts have been created within 18 months.
