A Bank of Justice Ravinder Dudeja held the decision of the National Commission on Consumer Disputes, saying that the claim was mainly based on the fact that the servant’s sleep and the conductor were not traced. The absence of the conductor did not have service. The court said there was no charge to leave the coach’s doors open, so unauthorized intruders could have a chance to steal. The court said that the absence of the conductor cannot be considered a decrease. The court made the above remarks during the trial of a person’s petition. The passenger claimed to have traveled in a third AC coach from New -Delhi to Nagpur in January 2013, and during this time his suitcase with laptops, cameras, charger, glasses and ATM cards were stolen. The applicant’s application was rejected by the National Commission. He claimed more than 84 thousand rupees.
