Business of ground sharing will be decided in six months

The Himachal Pradesh government has decided to bring about the process of foundation in the state, which gives relief to the landlords trapped in cases of ancestral land section for decades. The government has made provisions in the Revenue Act, which must decide officials related to land department matters within six months. Revenue Minister Jagat Negi told the Tribune in Dharamshala on Monday that the state government had amended the Income Act. In terms of the new provisions, income officers are empowered to make one -sided decisions in cases of ground section, if no party is present, even after the summons is issued. Negi said thousands of people in the state are waiting for the part of their ancestor country, as no party objects to the process or is present in business. The minister said: “Many such cases have been in income courts for decades. With new amendments in the Revenue Act, the relevant authorities will be instructed to decide the affairs of land department within six months, even if they have to make it one -sided. It will help many people of the state to occupy and use their ancestral land.” Cases of land department hang at the level of tehsildars across the state. RM Sharma, a resident of Dehra in the Kangra district, said he had tried to divide his ancestor country for almost ten years. Sharma said: “Every time I brought an income case, my family members opposed it and it hung in court. After retirement, I wanted to build a home on my ancestor, but couldn’t do it because it wasn’t divided, and it was in a shared interest with my family members. I hope I hope to get my share in the country.
