Mehbooba Mufti Targeted BJP Said Muslims Not Want Gifts from PM Modi They Want Universities on Waqf Land
Mehbooba Mufti Wakf Amendment Bill: Mehbooba Mufti has also targeted the central government regarding the recently introduced Waqf Amendment Bill. Attacking Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Mehbooba said that instead of sending gifts to Muslims, they should have emphasized on creating college and universities using Waqf properties, which would benefit not only Muslims but also other communities. The Waqf Bill is a matter of our religion, they should run it properly. If the central government feels that there is something wrong with the Waqf, then they should have formed a committee involving Muslim members of Parliament.
No gift from PM
The Prime Minister has always been talking about the disadvantaged Muslims. Recently, he sent gifts to Muslims. Instead of sending gifts, they should have emphasized on creating college and university with Waqf’s property. This would benefit Muslims as well as other communities of the country. Instead, they are dropping centuries old mosques and madrasas.
‘Mughal graves digger
Mehbooba Mufti, who attended the conference of party workers at Sher-e-Kashmir Park in Srinagar, also targeted the Mughal grave digging.
