CPI (M) MP said, the recruitment of teachers recruiting to weaken Bengal's education system (interview)

West -Bengal News Bank !!! Investigation into central agencies under the oversight of the court in Western Bengals in the scam of the recruitment of teachers is currently the most vivid issue. Now everyone’s eyes are on the Calcutta High Court, which in this case has become quite active, it is not only commenting, and comments not only to increase the discomfort of the ruling Trinamol congressional government, but also to speed up the investigation by putting pressure on the central agencies from time to time. Senior Advocate and Marxist Communist Party (CPI -M) Rajya Sabha member Vikas Ranjan Bhattacharya explained the scam in a special interview with Ians. He also represents the requesters of the underprivileged in court. Here are the maintenance parts: IANS: Investigation into the recruitment of teachers of the central agency is in important stages. What do you think the matter will move forward in the coming year? Bhattacharya: Before I answer your question, I want to throw some light on the background of the scam. The entire scam began with the purpose of the current ruling party of the state, as a legitimate professional as well as a legitimate professional of a particular political party, who completely weakened the education system run by the state, the monopoly of private players in the region. In 2011, when the Trinamole Congress came to power in the Western Bengal, it was very eager to facilitate private players in the education sector. The best way to do this is to weaken the state education system. That special effort of the party leadership showed its leaders how the system is exploited to fill their bags and this conspiracy was the root of this scam. Those who are already behind bars for their alleged involvement in the scam, they are only puppets in the entire controversy, some people pull their door from above. The strategies of both the BJP central government and the Trinamole -West -Bengal government are the same on the issue of facilitating private players in the education sector by weakening and destroying the state education system. IANS: How do you see the progress of the matter? Bhattacharya: In my opinion, the investigation into the central agency will reach a more dramatic phase next year, even if the investigation will not reach a more dramatic phase, and more people will go behind bars and the central agency will approach the main brain and beneficiaries of the scam. This happens because the court is constantly monitoring the investigation process and puts the agency officials under pressure from time to time to speed up the investigation and the investigators can also change if necessary. If there was this pressure of the central agencies in the investigation into the chit fund scam, there would have been further progress in these cases. Second, as I look at the current approach of the court in the case, the termination of the services of illegally appointed teachers and non-teaching staff by the West Bengal School Services Commission became inevitable by the beginning of next year. Once this happens, the Trinamole congress will be in a real crisis, as thousands of candidates and their family members will fall behind the ruling party leaders demanding to return the money. However, there is a possibility of possible reconciliation between the Trinamole Congress and BJP. How far it will be can only know time. IANS: Trial of the case associated with overdue believers who are in arrears is pending in the Supreme Court. Where do you see the matter going? Bhattacharya: The state government only takes on a delay strategy on this matter, knowing things that it is already waging a lost fight, as is clear from the earlier orders of the Calcutta High Court, and says that the dear allowance is the right of the employee, not donation. The state government can postpone the payment process for some time, but in the end it will not survive it completely. The state government cites the burden on its treasure by making an excuse to delay DA fees. But it had to be felt before it donated festivals, festivals and Durga Puja organizers. IANS: Panchayat elections will be held next year. What do you think the court can play a role in ensuring independent and fair elections? Bhattacharya: To be honest, I do not see much role of the court in this case, although legal cases will be filed against any irregularity before and after the election. The real fight against the Trinamol Congress attack before the polls and the day of the polls are to be on the ground by organized public resistance to violence by the ruling party. -Ians SGK/Anm Kolkata Nuusterker !!!
