Birla showed up at a Judgment Meeting of Drinking Water Projects in Kota and warned to the Blacklist Project Hangers
On Monday in Kota Zilla Parishad Auditorium, an oversight meeting of various drinking water projects and arrangements was held in the Kota-Bundi parliamentary constituency. After receiving information about the delay in various projects during the meeting, water supply Minister Birla Chaudhary asked that the contractors who delayed the projects should be warned immediately, and if there was no improvement, they should be permanently placed in the black list. The speaker of the Lok Sabha ordered that in areas where the water crisis is serious, new proposals should be prepared for an extensive assessment. Under the summer event scheme, the unfinished work associated with hand pumps, tubewells, tank and pipeline must be completed on time and the ordinary man relieves. Major projects, including Navnera, Parwan-Akavad, Borabas-Madana and Ramganmandi water supply projects, were also discussed in detail in the meeting. Officials also informed the progress of the works approved under the Water Life Mission, Amrit 2.0 scheme and budget announcements.
