Panther burned in forest fire, half a body's body found to extinguish the fire
On April 13, a fierce fire broke out on the slope of Rupakheda Hills on Sakarkheda road near the police station in the city of Kunwaria, Rajsamand. Late on Sunday, April 20, a leopard body was found in the bushes in this place. The residents immediately notified the forest department after the body was found. The forest division performed the leopard’s mail mortem using veterinarians. The body was found in the bushes, while the body of a leopard under the bushes went through the rural road, after which the locals notified the police and the forest division. Once the information was received, Asi Shankar Singh of the Kunwaria police station and forest officer Ashok Vaishnav, Boswag Tejpal, Pannalal Kumwat and other officials reached the place. Investigation revealed that the hills of Rupakheda caught fire on April 13 during the day. The villagers reached the place. It is estimated that the leopard was hidden in dense bushes and hit by fire, which made him die. A large number of villagers met at the scene, including Rodi Lal Banjara, Shankar Lal, Sardar, Hurricane Banjara, Karma Lal, Babulal Banjara as soon as the news was received about the leopard’s death. The leopard was one year old. According to officials of the forest division, the dead leopard was male and was about one year old. This body looks about 5-6 days old. During the inspection, it became clear that all the leopard sections were safe and intact.
