One of the concerts in Mexico witnessed riots, after a singer known for his performance of songs that glorified drug dealers announced his refusal to perform these songs in compliance with the law.

He revealed footage of a video clip, published by the media, the singer, addressing the audience amid cries, explaining that he will not perform the songs of “Narcocorridos”, a musical type praised by drug traffickers and their works.

The singer said: “This is a law that must be respected. I am annoyed because I cannot sing for you what you want to hear.”

For his part, the director of the singer’s business, Freddy Perez, explained, through his account on “Instagram”, that the artist Conriguez complied with the instructions of the authorities not to perform any of the songs of “Narocoridos”.

The band sparked widespread controversy during a concert in the city of Guadalajara (western Mexico), after displaying pictures of a personality believed to be returning to “El Mincho”, the leader of the “Khalisco Noyfa Khenrathion”.

It is worth noting that the US State Department canceled the work and tourism visas that it had previously granted to the members of this group.
