Anurag Basu says 'Concona started crying' while missing Irrfan Khan during Metro ... in Dino Shoot

Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India]May 29 (Ani): Director Anurag Basu acknowledged that missing actor Irrfan Khan was missing and shared how actress Konkana Sen Sharma started crying while she was filming ‘Metro … in Dino’ when she missed her fellow star and friend Irrfan Khan. At the ‘Zamanana Lage’ song or ‘Metro..in Dino’ launch event, Anurag Basu was merged by the cast of ‘Life in A Metro’ successor, who also starred Irrfan Khan. In the first installment, Konkana Sen is accompanied by Irrfan Khan, the couple who eventually get a happy ending in the film. From the original cast, Konkana is the only actor returning to his successor. It was difficult for the actress to work in the film again after her dear friend and co-star Irrfan Khan died in 2020. While remembering the late actor, Anurag Basu shared that Konkana Sharma began to cry during the play in the film (Metro … in Dino), as the tone of it was a ‘small similar’ as a scene of the first down payment. He also remembered singer KK at the event, while the singer sang two of the most famous tracks of the Prequel album: ‘Alvida’ and ‘O Meri Jaan’. “We shot a scene, and the tone for it was a little similar to a scene from the first film. Suddenly, Concona started crying, and even at the moment I was worried that the same thing would happen if someone was asking a question about him. We miss him; we miss him, and there are many others who missed, with whom we worked earlier,” Anurag Basu said at the Metro Promination. After ‘Life in A … Metro’ and ‘Ludo’, ‘Metro … In Dino’ is the last chapter of Anurag Basly’s trilogy of hyper -linked cinema. Supported by producer Bhushan Kumar, the film introduces a world of modern love and relationships. The song was composed by Pritam and the Creative Collabor function. An impressive cast that includes Anupam Kher, Pankaj Tripathi, Konkona Sen Sharma, Aditya Roy Kapur, Sara Ali Khan, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Ali Fazal, Neena Gupta and Saswatta Chatterjee.
