Noida International Airport declared 'Red Zone', complete ban on Drone Flying

Noida, April 26 (IANS). The Noida International Airport (Jewar) and its surrounding area were declared ‘Red Zone’ under joint instructions from the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Directorate -General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and security agencies. Under this decision, the bladder of a drone or any unmarried air vehicle (UAV) in this area is completely banned. This step was taken with the purpose of the safety of the airport and to ensure warning of the air sector. Officials have made it clear that flying drones in this area will be regarded as a serious offense without prior consent in accordance with the rules related to the Airports Authority of India Act, 1934 and UAV operations. If a person, institution or group is found that violates this command, strict legal action will be taken against him. In this regard, the ADCP (Deputy Commissioner of Police) Manish Mishra said: “Noida International Airport is an important strategic structure in the country. Its safety is a top priority. Upcoming airports of the country, and together with the safety of passengers, are also a lot of priority.
