Gujarat: Brand in the soap factory in Rajkot, firefighters injured in rescue work
Rajkot, April 1 (IANS). A soap and phenyl construction unit caught fire on Tuesday in the Navgam area of Rajkot, Gujarat. An employee of the Fire and Emergency Service (RFEs) was injured during the fire of the fire. Officials said the fire was in J&K Cottage Industries. Initially, two fire trucks were sent, but four more vehicles were sent to control the fire when the situation became serious. An official said firefighter Vijay Isaar’s right leg was broken during the operation and taken to the local hospital for treatment. In December 2020, several explosions occurred due to a fierce fire in a chemical factory at Vatwa Gidc, which burned four industrial units. Fortunately, no casualties were reported, but after the incident, the authorities had to order that the units involved and review the fulfillment of safety norms. Five people were killed and 57 were injured in an explosion in the chemical factory in dowry.
