Haridwar -dispute dispute appointed as arbitrator, former chief justice of the High Court in Bombay, Pradeep Nandrajog, who has been appointed arbitrary

Uttarakhand News Desk, the Supreme Court, has appointed the former chief justice of the High Court in Bombay, Pradeep Nandrajog, to resolve the dispute of Rs 5.4 Crore between Patanjali Ayurved Limited and his super -distributor Sattva Trade Link. Patanjali took refuge in the Supreme Court after he did not pay attention to the notice issued earlier by the super -distributor. Patanjali entered into an agreement on March 1, 2017 by appointing Sattva as his super -distributor. After Patanjali was outstanding Rs 5.4 crore, there was a dispute between the two parties. Whose Sattva did not pay, despite notifying it on September 16, 2021. On October 10, 2021, Patanjali was given notice in which he mediated. Patanjali said that their claim was not complied with or agreed to mediate. According to the arbitration rule, if any dispute arises, Acharya Balakrishna will be the only mediator. Sawat’s attorney said that Patanjali made no attempt to curtail the dispute in a heartfelt way.
