More than 100 people are sick after eating Kuttu flour in dehradun

An official said on Monday that more than 100 people were hospitalized due to suspected food poisoning after eating ‘Kuttu’ (Kuttu) flour. Police Superintendent Ajay Singh said 66 people suffering from food poisoning were admitted to Coronation Hospital, while 44 were admitted to the Doon Medical College and the Hospital in Dehradun. He said some of these people worsened on Sunday night, while others were taken to hospital on Monday morning. However, he said that the condition of all the patients is now stable and that there is nothing to worry about. Based on the interrogation of the patients, police identified and sealed 22 stores, from which Kuttu flour was purchased. The SSP said that all the food items were confiscated at these stores and that the shop owners were asked to get questioning. Share this story -tags
